Meet Jake Finkbonner.  He is  8 years old and lives in Washington.  As you would expect, 8 year olds are very busy little boys.  Jake is no different.  He is always moving and on the go.    You may have seen or heard about Jake through the media or friends.  In 2006, Jake contracted Necrotizing Fasciitis (the flesh eating bacteria), also known as Strep. A, on his face and neck.  This is a disease that few people survive.  Jake did survive his ordeal and continues treatement.  He has undergone many surgeries and will continue to receive medical attention as he grows.
